What was done

New pumping units had to be installed in an area with a very high density of services, respecting every route for people and machines. The deliverable was the drawings to fabricate the installation in the workshop and assemble it in the factory with the fit already checked.

A3D scanned the area in 3D to start from real measurements and modelled the structure, the existing services and the equipment in BIM. The new units were laid out on that model.

The scanning took one day and the drawings were delivered the following week. With the installation pre-assembled in the workshop, the intervention time in the plant is kept to the minimum.

Does your plant look like this one?

This is what a first area looks like: 300 m² measured in a day and workshop drawings the following week. It is bounded and priced in a 15-minute call, from ~€6,000 (estimated) per area.
