Last updated: 9 September 2026.
In processing personal data, the owner of this website guarantees compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation). Accordingly, you are informed of the following.
1. Data controller

|---|---|

| Registered office | Av. Europa 10-14, Local 1 · 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) |

2. Purpose of the processing
A3D will collect and process the personal data you provide through the form in order to handle the requests for information you send regarding the a3d.es website, as well as requests for a 15-minute meeting with an engineer and requests for a proposal. Providing the data marked with an asterisk (*) in the form is necessary and mandatory, as it allows us to handle your enquiries properly.
We inform you that the data collected by A3D will not be used for profiling or for automated decision-making based on profiling.
In addition to the form, A3D processes data in the following cases:
- Meeting request. Name, company, email, telephone number, preferred day and time, and the reason you state, in order to arrange and hold the meeting. The booking is managed in A3D’s own calendar (
cal.a3d.es), hosted on an A3D server in the European Union; confirmation emails are sent through Resend. - Origin of the visit. When you submit a form or a meeting request, we record alongside your data the channel through which you reached the website (search engine, advert, link from another website or direct access), the page you entered through and, if you came from a campaign, its tags. This tells us which channels bring real enquiries. During the visit, this data is held in your browser’s session storage (
a3d_origen) and disappears when you close the tab; on our server it is kept together with the form, for the same periods. - Server logs. IP address, browser, page visited, date and time, for the purpose of ensuring the security of the service, detecting abuse and producing aggregated usage statistics. They are kept for up to 400 days and deleted automatically; the derived statistics contain no personal data.
- Record of your cookie decision. Date, categories accepted or rejected and version of the policy, as proof of consent (see Cookie policy).
- First-party audience measurement. A3D measures, in aggregate and anonymously, how the website is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, on what device, and which areas of each page receive the most attention. It works without cookies or persistent identifiers, does not collect what you type, the data are not disclosed to anyone or combined with other processing, and the statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months. You can exclude your browser via the Cookie policy.
- Google Analytics 4. Active only if you accept analytics cookies: it measures, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors come from, with the IP address truncated.
- Session replay. Active only if you accept analytics cookies: your path through the pages is replayed anonymously, with text and forms masked, and kept for 30 days.
The data provided will be kept for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and, in any case, for a period of 5 years from the date the enquiry is resolved, in order to be able to handle any communication and to defend against any claim brought against A3D.
2.6 Applications and selection processes
The data you send from “Work with us” (name, contact details, CV and anything else you wish to tell us) are processed to assess your application in open selection processes and, if you authorise it, in those opened later. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention: one year from receipt, unless the application is incorporated into a recruitment process.
2.7 Notification of new sector reports
If you tick the notification box, we use your email solely to notify you when we publish a new report. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 LSSI). You can unsubscribe in any email or by writing to bim@a3d.es; until then we keep the data.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for handling your enquiries and meeting requests is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a). Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f). First-party, aggregated and anonymous audience measurement is based on A3D’s legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of the website (art. 6.1.f GDPR); you can exclude your browser via the Cookie policy. Google Analytics and session replay are based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in “Cookie settings”.
4. Recipients
The personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, A3D relies on providers that process data on behalf of A3D under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR):
- Clouding.io (Clouding Servicios de Internet, S.L., Spain): hosting of the website and of the server that receives the forms. The data are stored in the European Union.
- Resend (Resend, Inc.): sending of the notification emails for each form and meeting request to A3D, from servers located in Ireland (European Union).
- Google Ireland Ltd.: audience measurement with Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. It may involve a transfer to Google LLC (USA) covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Creactia: the agency that manages A3D’s digital marketing and maintains the website, with access to the forms received in order to handle them.
5. Data subject rights
You can exercise the following rights in relation to your data:
- Right to request access to the personal data relating to the data subject, in order to find out which of their data are being processed by A3D.

- Right to erasure of your data.

- Right to portability of your data.
You can exercise your rights by written communication addressed to bim@a3d.es, or by letter addressed to A3D. The data subject must enclose with the request a photocopy of the relevant document proving their identity (NIF, DNI, etc.).
Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if you consider that any of your rights has been infringed (www.aepd.es).
