1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that the website stores in your browser. Some are essential for the website to work; others are used to measure how it is used. Cookies that are not essential are installed only if you accept them.
2. Who is the data controller
A3D Consulting Integrated BIM Solutions, S.L. (CIF B-66466715), Av. Europa 10-14, Local 1, 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona), bim@a3d.es.
3. Cookies used by a3d.es
Technical (no consent required)
| Cookie | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
a3d_consent | A3D (first-party) | To remember the decision you made about cookies so that it is respected on later visits. | 12 months |
a3d_origenbrowser session storage | A3D (first-party) | To remember, for the duration of the visit, where you came from (search engine, advert or link) and which page you entered through, so that it can be recorded alongside the form if you write to us. | Until the tab is closed |
Cookie-free first-party measurement (no consent required)
A3D measures how the website is used in an aggregated, anonymous way: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, which device they use and which areas of each page receive the most attention. It works without cookies or persistent identifiers, does not collect what you type, does not share data with anyone and keeps the statistics for 25 months at most. Analytics (only if you accept them)
| Cookie | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) | To distinguish visitors in order to measure which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. With the IP address truncated and not combined with other data. | 2 years |
_ga_XE376L69CF | Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) | To maintain the state of the measurement session. | 2 years |
| No cookie | Session replay (A3D, first-party) | To replay the journey through the page anonymously, with texts and forms hidden, in order to improve its design. Only if you accept this category. | 30 days |
Marketing (only if you accept them)
This site does not currently install advertising cookies. If in future we measure advertising campaigns, they will appear in this table and will still require your prior consent.
Until you accept analytics cookies, Google’s measurement tool remains unloaded: analytics is activated only when you accept it, and it is at that point that requests to Google begin; Google processes them in accordance with its privacy information.
4. How to accept, reject or change your mind
When you first visit, you see a notice with three equivalent options: accept all, reject all or configure by category. You can change your decision at any time from the Cookie settings link, found at the foot of every page, or by deleting cookies from your browser. We keep a record of the decision (date, categories chosen and version of this policy) as proof of consent, for as long as the decision remains in force and for up to 3 years afterwards.
You can also block cookies from your browser settings: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
5. International transfers
Google Ireland Ltd. may transfer data to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. More information
The other processing of personal data on this site (forms, meeting requests, server logs) is described in the Privacy policy.
