What was done

A distributor’s catalogue mixes very different families: boilers, radiators, expansion vessels, fittings. Publishing it in BIM means standardising geometry and data reference by reference.

A3D modelled the BIM content of the plumbing and HVAC items and prepared the technical data sheet of each one inside the object itself.

The resulting database was made available to the distributor’s clients, who insert the product into their model with the manufacturer’s dimensions and data.
