Pharmaceutical industry
2016 was a key year for A3D: we were commissioned to undertake the integrated development of a pharmaceutical plant for the American market. This extremely challenging project prompted us to redouble our efforts and we discovered the pharmaceutical industry was a propitious setting for our development.
A3D’s design solution tailored to the pharmaceutical industry enables us to generate high-fidelity BIM models suitable for small extensions or developing complete plants. Our knowhow in cleanroom projects and facilities such as clean utilities & black utilities has made us into a touchstone in the pharmaceutical business.
Industrial engineering
Industry is increasingly digitalised and this is leading to the use of BIM methodology in industrial plant surveying. Generating an updated digital twin of these facilities is the key to making the right operational decisions every time.
This need has prompted A3D to develop a reverse engineering process based on the digital reconstruction of industrial assets. Our methodology makes it possible to identify the critical points and draw up an action plan to support the customer in digital control of their plant.
Real estate sector
BIM has become the solution of choice for repetition-based building projects: residential sector, tertiary sector (offices or business premises) or assorted facilities (schools, stations, car parks, wastewater treatment plants, etc.).
Our BIM methodology for the Real Estate sector makes it possible to optimise real estate asset management by standardising criteria across the board and building a portfolio of digital assets. It is a key tool for tracking the performance of Real Estate investment.
BIM support
A3D’s BIM support is one of our longest-standing services and encompasses everything from BIM implementation to production support. Many companies have asked us for help in carrying out BIM projects over the years and our response has always been fast, efficient and tailored to the needs of each client.
