A3D has always been committed to delivering the finest solutions to a sector which is increasingly turning to BIM methodology<\/strong> by constantly adjusting to each client\u2019s needs. Our ability to change has enabled us to target our services at four major business areas: Pharmaceutical, Industry, Real Estate and BIM Support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In this post we set out what these four business areas<\/strong> consist of and how we have come to specialise in each of them. This has made us one of the leaders in BIM<\/strong> in Spain.<\/p>\n\n

2016 was a key year for A3D: we were commissioned to undertake the integrated development of a pharmaceutical plant<\/strong> for the American market. This extremely challenging project prompted us to redouble our efforts and we discovered the pharmaceutical industry was a propitious setting for our development.<\/p>\n\n

A3D\u2019s design solution tailored to the pharmaceutical industry<\/strong> enables us to generate high-fidelity BIM models<\/strong> suitable for small extensions or developing complete plants. Our knowhow in cleanroom projects and facilities such as clean utilities & black utilities has made us into a touchstone in the pharmaceutical business.<\/p>\n\n

Industrial engineering<\/h2>\n\n

Industry<\/strong> is increasingly digitalised and this is leading to the use of BIM methodology<\/strong> in industrial plant<\/strong> surveying. Generating an updated digital twin<\/strong> of these facilities is the key to making the right operational decisions every time.<\/p>\n\n

This need has prompted A3D to develop a reverse engineering<\/strong> process based on the digital reconstruction of industrial assets<\/strong>. Our methodology makes it possible to identify the critical points and draw up an action plan to support the customer in digital control of their plant.<\/p>\n\n

Real estate sector<\/h2>\n\n

BIM<\/strong> has become the solution of choice for repetition-based building projects: residential sector, tertiary sector (offices or business premises) or assorted facilities (schools, stations, car parks, wastewater treatment plants, etc.). <\/p>\n\n

Our BIM methodology<\/strong> for the Real Estate sector<\/strong> makes it possible to optimise real estate asset management by standardising criteria across the board and building a portfolio of digital assets. It is a key tool for tracking the performance of Real Estate<\/strong> investment.<\/p>\n\n

A3D\u2019s BIM support<\/strong> is one of our longest-standing services and encompasses everything from BIM<\/strong> implementation<\/strong> to production support. Many companies have asked us for help in carrying out BIM<\/strong> projects over the years and our response has always been fast, efficient and tailored to the needs of each client. <\/p>\n\n

This experience has allowed us to build proprietary BIM libraries<\/strong> which are crucial for speeding up delivery times and ensuring the quality of each project.
