class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The Assignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/edificio-oxxeo.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong> Oxxeo Building<\/strong><\/a> in Madrid is a highly innovative work designed by the prestigious architectural firm <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rafaeldelahoz.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Rafael de La-Hoz Arquitectos<\/a>. A triangular-shaped construction that takes the load-bearing structure from the slabs to the outside, forming a <strong>large structural lattice<\/strong>. Inside, a single <strong>central core<\/strong> encompasses vertical communication spaces, toilets, and utility rooms.<\/p>\n<p>Through the engineering firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jgingenieros.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">JG Ingenieros<\/a>, we were commissioned to carry out the <a href=\"https:\/\/a3d.es\/en\/projects\/services-bim-for-pharmaceutical-industry-facilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BIM modeling of the facilities<\/a>. These run inside the <strong>large metal beams<\/strong> that connect the central core to the external structure. This methodology allowed for perfect coordination of all the elements that passed through the interior of the beams: air conditioning, trays, electricity, fire protection, etc. All in a very limited space.<\/p>\n<p>Once completed, the Oxxeo building has obtained the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/leed\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">LEED<\/a> Platinum Core &amp; Shell certification<\/strong>, the highest distinction awarded by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and the <strong>five-star DIGA accessibility certification<\/strong> (Indicator Badge of the Degree of Accessibility), from the Shangri-La Foundation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
