(WWTP), which has two biological treatment lines for low-load activated sludge, with nitrogen and phosphorus removal.<\/p>\n<p>The Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre commissioned us to create a <strong>BIM model<\/strong> of this plant to facilitate the management of its operations and maintenance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section digitization<\/strong> is carried out with a <strong>laser scan<\/strong> using a <strong>point cloud<\/strong>, which serves as a basis for later performing the <strong>BIM modeling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To carry out the project, we had to gather information from the plant (plans, operating diagrams, indications from the plant operators, etc.) and combine it with the results of the <strong>3D scanner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The result is a BIM model that includes an <strong>assignment of codes<\/strong> and <strong>parameterization<\/strong> of the elements, allowing
